Do you have a physical store?

No — we’re 100% online, which helps us keep pricing competitive and offer a wider range of simulator gear for Canadian golfers.

Can I customize my simulator setup?

Yes! Our Build Your Bundle Tool lets you choose the exact components that suit your space, goals, and budget.

Do you offer custom installations?

We don’t offer custom installation services at this time — but all of our products are designed for straightforward, user-friendly setup with clear instructions included. Most customers are able to assemble their simulator at home with basic tools.

How do I know which launch monitor is right for me?

We include helpful descriptions and specifications of each product while providing all price points for everyone. The easiest way is to simply reach out! We’re happy to help you choose based on your space and goals.

Do you sell full simulator packages?

Yes, we offer both pre-built packages and customizable bundles so you can build your own ideal setup.

Are the products you sell brand new?

Yes — all items are brand new, sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers.

Can I buy individual components?

Absolutely. Whether you need just a launch monitor, projector, or hitting mat — you can buy any piece individually.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the order, the brand and your location. Most items ship directly from Canadian warehouses or brand partners. We’ll email you tracking info as soon as it ships. We aim to have everything to you with 7 - 15 business days. Please see our Shipping Information page for more details.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada only.

Will my order arrive all at once?

Sometimes. Since we work with multiple suppliers, your items may arrive in separate shipments — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
